Walk Sweater Kit

The Walk Sweater builds on top of your Crawl Sweater with new techniques to make the finished product more exciting. Walk uses knit and purl stitches to add ribbing around the neck, sleeve cuffs, and hem to add stretch and finesse. In the section around the body, Walk adds two zig-zags inspired by a mountain range to give you an opportunity to use purls again, but this time to build out a textured design. You’ll practice reading your knitting while you create the Mountain Texture and you’ll experience how rewarding it is for the design to unfurl in just a few rounds. It’s hard to put your needles down when knitting the Walk Sweater.

This pattern is designed for babies 3–9 months of age.

Note: In addition to the materials provided in the kit, you will need two sets of size 7 circular needles, one of which must be exactly 16" long. If you don't already have these needles, you can add them below.
